单位工会经费收支管理办法

为规范单位工会经费收支管理，保障工会经费合理使用，提高工会工作水平，根据《中华人民共和国宪法》和《中华人民共和国会计法》等相关法律法规，结合实际，制定本管理办法。

第一条 工会经费的收支管理应当遵循合法、公正、公开的原则，加强财务监督，确保经费使用的正当性和合理性。

第二条 单位应当建立工会经费收支管理制度，明确工会经费用途，制定预算和支出计划，严格执行国家财务制度和会计法的相关规定。

第三条 单位工会经费收支应当由工会组织独立自主管理，工会经费的使用应当符合工会的宗旨和工作需求，不得用于与工会工作无关的用途。

第四条 单位应当加强对工会经费的审计和监督，确保工会经费收支的真实性、合法性和合规性。

第五条 单位应当建立健全工会经费管理制度，加强对工会经费的使用情况的监督，及时发现和纠正经费使用中的违规行为。

第六条 单位工会经费收支应当遵循公开透明的原则，及时向工会成员和社会公示经费的使用情况，接受社会监督。
